A stylish and beautiful Orvas Villa 217 is located among old olive groves and vineyards in a small picturesque town of Orašac, a few minutes' driving from the historical city of Dubrovnik. Covering a living area of 390m2 which spreads over three floors, this magnificent villa features four luxuriously bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, offering accommodation for 8 guests.
 
The newly built Orvas Villa 217 has two main features. One is absolutely the inviting heated infinity pool with sun decks as well as the wellness oasis area, where you will find a jacuzzi and sauna, a bar, and an additional bathroom. The other focal point is the south terrace with an outdoor fireplace and dining sets, which offer panoramic views of the sea and Dubrovnik archipelago islands.
 
From the private parking lot where parking is provided for all vehicles, you enter through the main doors on the 2nd floor of the Villa where there are 4 comfortable, luxuriously furnished and equipped with satellite TV, king-size bedded rooms. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The rooms have large glass walls that offer panoramic views of the sea or the surrounding green landscape.
 
The indoor stairs lead down to the villa's first floor which houses a luxurious, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining table for 8 people, and a spacious, comfortable living area equipped with sofas and armchairs, and a guest bathroom. From this central part, through the glass wall, you can access a spacious terrace with a grill, a set for dining and relaxing, or you can take stairs to the ground floor of the villa which is simply called a relaxation floor. There is a bar, a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and in just a few steps the sea terrace with a large infinity heated pool and sun loungers.
 
Orvas Villa 217 is fully air-conditioned, equipped with WI-FI wireless internet throughout the property, underfloor heating in bathrooms, satellite TVs, and a parking space for each guest on its property. For larger groups, Orvas Villa 217 can be rented with next door Orvas Villa 218, in total spacious accommodation for 18 persons.

Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.

Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
