The bathroom of the apartment has a shower and all other bathroom necessities for the maximum comfort of the villa´s guests. There is a contemporary kitchen at the guests´ disposal, which is equipped with all kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils necessary for the preparation of home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area with a view of the Adriatic Sea. The cozy living room is furnished with two comfortable couches, one of which is extendable, so that one guest can sleep on it, if necessary. Huge sliding door lead to a balcony with garden furniture and a panoramic view of the beach. Since Villa Fresca is pet-friendly, make sure to bring your furry friends on your vacation. Just keep in mind there is additional payment for it and with a previous request.

The outdoor area of the Villa Fresca stretches over 700m2 of land and provides parking spaces for the guests arriving by car. Furthermore, there is a barbecue, where delicious grilled meals can be prepared.
