Myself and friends had the most,amazing stay at your villa - perfect for exploring dubrovnik area using the bus ans uber was super easy. The owner was always around when needed, super friendly and offering great advice on day trips - Thank-you, we will definitely be returning 😊

My family and I stayed at the house for 10 days and unfortunately it wasn’t a great stay. First thing I have to mention is that the owner lives on the property. He has a room adjacent to the house where he lives. Information that was not disclosed to us and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing. It was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable and disturbing to see him every single day around the pool area, outside the garage when we were walking out, giving us unsolicited advice, etc. We also found a pill behind the door of our bathroom. It could’ve been a Tylenol, but the point is that the house was not cleaned properly if they missed a huge white pill on dark tile.During the check in process, the son kept talking badly about the previous guest, which kind of made us feel uncomfortable. Not very welcoming, not professional. On the positive note, the house has great views.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house.
The owner Dubravko lives downstairs and is very friendly and helpful, and whilst he is around, he doesn't intrude. Instead, he was always around to sell his homemade wine which was better than the other wine we tasted at local vineyards.
The house is very comfortable and suits large groups as you have your own space but can come together in the communal areas and, mainly, the pool. And what a view - I'm desperately missing this already.
It's a walk down some steps into town where you can catch a boat to all the places you might want to go nearby.
Don't hesitate - this place is a gem

A beautiful and spacious villa in a fabulous location only 10 minute walk to the centre of Mlini. The views from the terrace and most bedrooms are outstanding. The host was very welcoming and helped make our stay a memorable one

Very nice villa with the great views overlooking the sea. Very clean, comfortable. Dubravko was of great help with all his advise on what to do and where to go. The wine tasting was enjoyed by all.
The villa if you do not have a car is not within a safe walking distance to any shops. Uber app came in very useful.
Like previous reviews the beach is down some steep steps - we did discover a short cut through a hotel to come back up.
Great location for Dubrovnik and Cavtat - 15 mins each way

We had a wonderful time at Dubo's villa Art Gallery. We enjoyed the house with its beautiful pool, garden and seaview. The host Dubo was extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic 2 weeks spent at the villa. The villa was wonderful with amazing views. The owner Dubrovko was so friendly and helpful was great meeting him and sampling his home made wine.

Great villa and great location. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well-functioning conditioning. The best is swimming pool area and view from it. Perfectly clean swimming pool. Nice welcome and charming owner. Nice beach in walking distance despite challenging stairs for coming back.
Some inaccuracy - in description we found that 1 room has 2 separate beds but all beds were double. Would be very useful to add villa's plan in description for better understanding.
