The Katja Apartment is designed for your vacation. If you want to wake up with the unforgettable sunsets on the eastern side of the island of Losinj. The terrace offers a beautiful view directly on the bay of Sv. Martin and Valdarke, which are among the most beautiful coves of the island of Losinj. Beautiful view of Velebit mountain and the neighboring islands of Pag and Rab. Living space prevails in cheerful colors of white background, which is going to fill you with self-confidence and positive energy. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for 1 person (140 x 200 cm). The terrace is covered with a pergola that gives a pleasant shade to stay throughout the day.The parking space is private and is 200 meters away.

On arrival in both cases please prepare the documents (passport or identity card) of each person whose stay you booked in order  you may be registered in the guest books (agency/apartment owners) in accordance with law.

Our agency is located in Veli Lošinj, 3 km distance from Mali Lošinj. When arriving to Veli Lošinj you need to leave your vehicles on the parking space and visit the town centre on foot. In the centre of Veli Lošinj, 5 metres from the sea, you can find us, a lemon/green facade building with fuchsia doors and our recognizable sign of alluvial wood.

  • Any cancellations notified within the period of 60 days prior the arrival imply the 10% payment of the accommodation price plus transaction fee

  • Any cancellations notified between the 7th day and on the same day of their expected arrival date imply the full payment of the accommodation unit being booked by the guests
    In case of force majeure our booking rules and conditions apply as in normal conditions.
