Host disponibile. La recinzione era molto più bassa di 1.80mt quindi scomodo per chi viaggia con cani di taglia grande.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit. Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Familien. Es gibt eine schöne Veranda mit einem großen Tisch an dem wir gut zu neunt Platz gefunden haben. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und der Pool ist schön groß, viel Platz für die Kinder zum spielen und fpr die Erwachsenen zum ausspannen. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Rovinj und die umliegendenen Strände sind gut zu erreichen.

Das Haus und der Pool sind super. Der Pool ist tiefer als die angegebenen 1,35m, zu unserer Freude. Die Kinder und wir Großen hatten sehr viel Spaß. Wunderschöne Strände gibt es in einer Entfernung von ab 30 Minuten. Das Bespielen des Tischkickers war sehr spaßig. Die Nachbarin, die in den Pool und die Gartenfläche einsehen kann, war super nett. Die Küche hat alle nötigen Equipments, die Besteckschubläden könnten gründlicher gesäubert werden. Der Backofen hat keine gute Leistung gebracht. Das Haus war immer schön kühl. Wir haben nur einmal die Nutzung der Klimaanlage über Nacht gebraucht. Von der Mutter der Besitzerin konnten wir frische Tomaten und Eier kaufen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this villa! It was in a great location, secluded but also within 5 minutes of amenities (in Zminj) and within a 30 minute drive of many coastal towns. The outdoor space was perfect for the kids and dog, with lots to do such as swimming, badminton, foosball and even biking. The house was clean and cozy, and the hosts we great. We were welcomed with a lovely snack upon our arrival. If we needed anything, the hosts were only a phone call or text away. Highly recommend this property for large families.

Ubytování bylo velmi pěkné. vše bylo čisté, postele pohodlné. Kuchyň byla vybavená vším co bylo potřeba. Pohodlné pro 8 lidí.
V pergole u bazénu jsou elektronické šipky a stolní fotbálek. Fotbálek bohužel není v nejlepší formě, jeden fotbalista bez nohou :D
Bazén jsme si moc užili, kolem lehátka pro všechny. Mezi domem a bazénem je prostorná garáž pro 2 auta, kde je další velká lednice do které jsme tak mohli umístit vše, co se nevešlo do lednice v domě.
Majitelé byli příjemní, po příjezdu do ubytování nás čekalo vřelé přijetí. Ochutnávka domácího vína a občerstvení bylo po cestě velmi příjemné. Během pobytu jsme měli soukromí a pokud bylo cokoli potřeba, majitelka byla na telefonu. V garáži jsou k dispozici také 4 kola, ideální k výletu po okolí. Nejblyžší restaurace a obchody jsou ve městě Žimnj, 3 km od Roži.
Dovolenou jsme si zde užili a rádi se v budoucnu vrátíme.
