Description

Villa Loredana is located just 400 metres from the nearest beach, in a warm and sunny area of the village of Vinkuran. The house has 5 double rooms with large and comfortable king-size beds, two bathrooms and an additional toilet. The main kitchen is fully equipped, with all cutlery, utensils and crockery, and there is an extra kitchen for any quick coffee or small meals! Large windows and spacious terraces provide sunlight and fresh air with magnificent views of the unspoilt nature of Istria!

Wir wurden im Ferienhaus liebevoll empfangen mit Kirschen aus dem Garten von Martina. Wir hatten immer eine Ansprechperson und auch die Bettwäsche wurde gewechselt - das hatten wir bis jetzt noch nie! Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt was es für unseren Hund wirklich zur Topwahl gemacht hat. Das Haus ist in zwei Teile aufgeteilt, wodurch zwei Schlafzimmer etwas abgetrennt sind und mehr Privatsphäre haben. Es gibt sehr viel Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Grill und der Esstisch dazu ist einfach traumhaft! Wir haben jeden Abend gegrillt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es einen ruhigen wilden Strand - fahrt lieber nicht mit dem Auto hin, der Reifen dankt es euch- es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt der zu Fuß erreichbar ist und Pula ist auch direkt um die Ecke! Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!! Der Pool + Liegen + Outdoordusche ist super! Nur ein Sonnenschirm wäre manchmal toll gewesen, weil es Mittags keinen Schatten mehr gibt

Дуже гарне помешкання. Чудова теріторія. Пляжи та магазини знаходяться недалеко, 5 мінут на машині. До моря 7 минут пішки. Всі комнати та санвузли були чисті, простирадла охайні

The place was clean and in a quiet location. Great for visiting Istria, but you need a car to be able to visit the area. We had a great stay.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte viel Platz. Es war angenehm ruhig!! Der Strand in der Nähe ist eher ein Bootsstrand, aber mit dem Auto sind viele Strände gut erreichbar. Es gibt viele nette Lokale in der Umgebung. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Das ganze Anwesen ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wurden nett empfangen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es in walking distance keine schönen Strände gibt. Durch kurze Autofahrt sind jedoch sehr viele Strände erreichbar.

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Villa. Für große Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen aber auch für Familien da es quasi zwei Wohnungen sind. Wir waren zu 10 und hatten mega viel Platz. Auch der Hund war herzlich willkommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
