Vedran is a travel agent where he listed this for an elderly couple. Prior to arrival, I received email requesting for arrival time. We booked this place because it's not in the old town and the photos showed an outdoor swing. Upon arrival, we couldn't communicate w/the owners due to language barrier and translation app didn't help. Lots of olive trees and mosquitoes in the yard. Wi-fi and washer worked well. It would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms and additional lights in the kitchen area. We heard some dogs barking at night. There was only salt in the kitchen but we asked for some cooking oil and extra toilet paper by calling Vedran to translate. We were disappointed that the swing wasn't there as that was one of the 2 reasons we booked this place. We ended up calling Vedran again where he apologized for not updating the listing as the swing set was broken years ago. The owners are friendly people and it's a cute little cottage.

Es war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hätten allerdings gerne vorher gewusst ,dass in der Nichtraucherwohnung bereits geraucht wurde ,und dass man das noch riecht. Sonst war alles ok, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht .

L'appartamento si trova a circa 4 km da Rovigno ma è immerso nella natura ed ha un bel giardino molto curato.

Great place for families with children. Isolated from crowd and traffic but still very close to the sea, beaches and centre of Rovinj. The biggest plus is having whole house with terrace just for yourself. Hosts are very kind and very responsive.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach den gezeigten Bildern. Somit gab es keine negativen Überraschungen. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermitter haben sich auch regelmäßig darum gekümmert. Unser Vermitter ist sehr freundlich gewesen und hat sich auch immer bemüht, dass unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich wird. Das einzigste Problem was wir hatten, war das erste Finden des Hauses, da das Areal im Navi nicht erfasst war. Aber mit der gesendeten Wegbeschreibung lief es dann reibungslos.
