This elegant villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is located in quiet environment and in complete privacy, the villa is surrounded on three sides by a forest in untouched nature only 2 km to the old town Šibenik. It has been designed and furnished with a lot of taste and will offer you a comfortable stay during your holiday.
The villa features an inviting private pool with sun loungers, a comfy lounge area and a spacious balcony. The ground floor features an open space, elegant living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which offer direct access to the private pool and outdoor area. One bathroom is also on the ground floor, whereas the other four bathrooms are all ensuite and are located on the first floor, together with the three other bedrooms with a double bed each. One room with separate two bedis is also on the first floor. Threthre private parking spaces are at your disposal. 

When booking, the guest will be charged 30% of the reservation price. The remaining amount upon arrival at the Villa. No cancellations

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy if travel becomes restricted due to the global pandemic:

1. Up to 45 days before arrival – free cancellation, full refund
2. Cancellation within 30-45 days before arrival – a voucher in the paid amount for the rented villa for another date this or next year

Following situations fall under Travel Restrictions:

1. Closed boarders
2. Mandatory quarantine at the time of cancellation
