Jadrija is a city district in Šibenik. It is located on a peninsula at the entrance of the St. Anthony channel leading to Šibenik.
Jadrija is a rather quiet place on a perfect location for active holidays almost during the whole year offering a plenty of options for different activities for families with kids, teenagers, sportsmen, seniors but also for party seekers.
It’s a popular seaside resort and many locals have their summerhouses there. Jadrija city beach has been a favorite beach for Šibenik residents and its guests established in 1921. Jadrija beach is a pebble beach about 1000 m long. Jadrija was logged into the registry of protected Croatian cultural heritage architectural sites. The closest night life areas are located in Šibenik and Vodice, both less than 15 minutes by car from Jadrija. Do not expect night life on Jadrija.
