Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Terms To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is
required. Online bookings are processed automatically, with payment made via bank transfer,
Credit Card or PayPal. For bookings made by phone or email, confirmation will be sent, and the
deposit must be paid via bank transfer or another agreed payment method within 48 hours.
These booking conditions do not apply to special packages or offers. In such cases, the specific
booking conditions will be stated on the offer page. If no specific terms are provided, the
conditions outlined in this document shall apply.
2. Pricing All rates include VAT and applicable local taxes. Prices are subject to change without
notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed and will not be altered.
3. Check-in & Check-out
 Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Late arrivals must be communicated in advance.)
 Check-out: By 10:00 AM
4. Payment Terms For bookings made via phone or email, a 30% deposit is required to confirm
the reservation. Payments can be made via bank transfer using the details provided below or via
PayPal.

5. Cancellation & Booking Changes
Cancellations:
 Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the
deposit.

 To cancel a reservation, an email must be sent to [email protected] with the subject
"Cancel Reservation,".
 Cancellations made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Reservations:
 Changes to reservations are possible, subject to availability.
 To request a change, an email must be sent to [email protected] with the subject
"Change Reservation,".
 Early departures are subject to an additional charge of one extra night.
 Some promotional offers may have different cancellation policies, which will be outlined
in their respective terms at the time of booking.
6. Children Policy
 Children under three (3) years of age stay free if sharing a bed with their parents.
 If an extra bed is required, the child must be counted as an additional guest in the
booking.
7. Pet Policy
 Pets are allowed in the villa for an additional fee of €20 per pet per day.
 Guests must ensure that their pets do not cause damage to the property or disturbance to
other guests.
8. Data Processing
The data collected through the reservation system, including name, surname, email address, and
phone number, is used solely for the purpose of processing reservations and communicating with
guests regarding their stay. For more details on how we collect, store, and protect your personal

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in
this document. The villa management reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
