Apartment Rental Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of the apartment located at [Rental Address] ("Property") between the tenant ("Tenant") and the landlord/agency ("Landlord"). By signing the rental agreement or booking the property, the Tenant agrees to the terms below.
1. Rental Term

6. Entry and Inspection
The Landlord may enter the premises for inspection or maintenance with at least 24 hours' notice, except in emergencies.
7. Termination
- Early termination by Tenant requires [Notice Period] written notice and may incur penalties.
- Landlord may terminate the lease for non-payment, property damage, or violation of terms.
